This policy outlines the required payments, accepted methods, and cancellation terms for all tours and services booked with Bamba Climb. By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms laid out below.
1. Tour Confirmation and Deposit
To confirm your reservation and secure your dates, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

2. Final Payment
The remaining balance of your tour cost is due before your arrival in Tanzania.

Note: For bookings made within 60 days of the departure date, the full (100%) payment is required at the time of booking.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments via the following secure methods:
- Bank/Wire Transfer: (Recommended for large payments) Details will be provided on your invoice. The client is responsible for all bank transfer charges.
- Credit/Debit Card: Payments can be processed securely online via our third-party payment portal (e.g., Visa, MasterCard). Note: Online payments may incur a service fee of 3–5%, which is added to the total amount.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing (via email). Since Bamba Climb incurs costs when planning and securing non-refundable permits, the following cancellation penalties apply:

5. Pricing and Surcharges
All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
Park Fee Changes: Tour costs are calculated based on government park fees and taxes effective at the time of booking. Should the Tanzanian government or national park authorities impose unannounced fee increases, Bamba Climb reserves the right to pass this cost increase on to the client, even if the tour has been paid in full.
Insurance: Travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical expenses, and emergency evacuation is mandatory for all clients and must be presented before the final payment deadline.
