Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms


By booking a tour, trek, or safari with Bamba Climb ("the Company"), you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Client and the Company.


2. Bookings and Payments


A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the tour start date. Failure to pay the balance by this deadline may result in the cancellation of your booking.


3. Cancellations and Refunds


Cancellations must be submitted in writing. The following refund policy applies:

  1. 61+ days before departure: Full refund of payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.
  2. 31-60 days before departure: 50% refund of the total tour price.
  3. 0-30 days before departure: No refund will be issued. If Bamba Climb cancels a tour for any reason, all payments will be refunded in full, including the deposit.


4. Changes to Itinerary


Bamba Climb reserves the right to alter or modify a tour itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, political conditions, or unforeseen events. We will make every effort to provide a suitable alternative of equal or greater value.


5. Travel Insurance


All clients are strongly recommended to purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. This insurance should cover medical expenses, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation or interruption, and baggage loss. Bamba Climb is not liable for costs incurred due to inadequate insurance coverage.


6. Client Responsibilities


The Client is responsible for:

  1. Ensuring they are in good health and physical condition for the chosen tour.
  2. Obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports and visas.
  3. Following all safety instructions from the guides and team leaders.
  4. Carrying personal equipment as outlined in the tour brief.


7. Limitation of Liability


The Client voluntarily assumes all risks related to the tour. Bamba Climb and its employees, agents, and guides are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or death caused by negligence, acts of God, or any other cause during the tour.


8. Governing Law


This agreement is governed by the laws of Arusha, Tanzania. Any legal action shall be filed and litigated in the courts of Arusha.


9. Privacy Policy


Bamba Climb will not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your travel arrangements.
